All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There are currently limited international flights into Australia, hence, shipping to DPO addresses that are based in Oz will be delayed, sometimes by as much as (or more than) a month.
While our warehouses strive to ship all orders within 8 working days of processing the order, it may take several weeks before your order arrives to post.
Please factor in delayed shipping routes when purchasing goods, especially if you are aiming to have presents shipped to an overseas P.O. Box before Christmas.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For premium secured shipping to U.S. and Canada: We offer $5 flat rate shipping for all orders under $75.
Free premium secured shipping to U.S. and Canada is available for orders above $75.
Bittle Life is new to the world, and currently developing its offerings and reach. As of now, we are only able to offer international shipping to Australia and New Zealand. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience to our customers located elsewhere in the world.
That said, if you ask nicely and drop us a special request, we will do our very best to fulfil orders located throughout the globe.
Flat rate shipping to Australia and New Zealand is $9 USD. All orders above $75 USD qualify for free shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, shipping to P.O. Boxes via military or diplomatic post has become much less predictable (I'm sorry friends, but this is aspect of shipping is truly beyond my control!).
Please anticipate delayed shipments (it's better to expect the worst, and be pleasantly surprised when it shows up!).
Best to place orders ahead of the holiday rush, to ensure that your goods arrive in a timely manner.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
